Carol paints what she is familiar with.

 Growing up in Northern California she rode horses throughout Marin and Sonoma Counties. Her love of horses and other animals drew her to paint them as well as the local farms and ranches.  Carol's body of work includes paintings of horses, Holsteins, chickens, farms, ranches and landscape paintings.  Her specific use of color and light is what affects the viewer when observing one of her paintings.  In fact, it is this skilled use of light and color that separates her work from others in the field.
